Part Seven.30 - Who watches the watcher?

A NBA referee was caught with his hand in the cookie jar. So this is what happens when the people in charge of the rules have something going on the side. Now in this case there was gambling involved, but there are stories of prior requests for player to give autographed shoes or attend basketball camps run by the refs. There are also stories of refs being assigned to affect the outcome for better results. Of course other sports have had players implicated in gambling scandals, like the infamous Black Sox and of course, who believes that boxing is clean? It may be a game, but it's also a business. When there's money to be made, the rules get bent, even by the people supposedly in charge of enforcing them.
