Part Seven.32 - Cruel and unusal?

Would you try to make it on time more if you had to wear one of these Hello Kitty armbands for a day? So far just the thought of a pink kitty is keeping the officers in line. That's the solution, instead of reprimands and warnings, we just need a more effective deterrence. If only all the worlds problems could be fixed so easily. Could it prevent cyclists and baseball players from using banned substances if they had to wear that band? Maybe it could keep Marc Cuban in line more than the millions in fines he has paid? World peace via a little cartoon kitty, if only it were that easy.
